Ob raziskovanju prelepih krajev in pode\u017eelja sem naletela na zelo zanimive ljudi. Prijazne in odprte. Med njimi je bila tudi starej\u0161a gospa, v bli\u017eini San Gimignana, ki me je pritegnila s svojimi doma\u010dimi, ro\u010dno izdelanimi kremicami in raznimi \u00bbzvarki.\u00ab  Zapletli sva se v pogovor in razkrila mi je marsikatero skrivnost in nekaj osnovnih sestavin, ki jih uporablja. Kasneje sem si vse to skrbno zabele\u017eila in po prihodu domov za\u010dela sama preizku\u0161ati. Zagotovo sem preizkusila preko 50 receptov, preden sem odkrila formulo s katero sem bila zadovoljna ?
